Path 3: Custom Materials Development

NJSLA-aligned student materials built from your district's own curriculum.

Some districts don't need more workshops. They need materials — student-facing documents built from their own texts, units, and instructional sequence that already reflect what the NJSLA demands. This engagement produces those materials from scratch, grounded in your curriculum, not adapted from generic templates.

Available for ELA and Mathematics, Grades 3–8. Delivered in editable Word and PDF formats within 3–4 weeks of receiving your curriculum materials.

What we build:

For ELA: Text-dependent question sets built from your units' passages, Part A/Part B items mirroring NJSLA structure, constructed and extended response prompts with rubrics, evidence organizers, and planning frames tied to your texts, and scope and sequence mapping DOK exposure across your units.

For Mathematics: NJSLA-style problem sets drawn from your curriculum's contexts, multi-step word problems requiring labeled step plans, constructed response prompts with scoring guides, representation-matching tasks tied to your units' functions and ratios, and scope and sequence mapping DOK and item type exposure by grade.

Engagement options:
  • Single Unit — One grade level, one subject, one curriculum unit. Five to eight student-facing documents.

  • Grade Level — One grade level, one subject, full-year scope. Complete document set plus scope and sequence.

  • Multi-Grade — Two or more grade levels, one subject. Full document sets for each grade, aligned to the scope.

  • ELA + Math Bundle — One or more grade levels, both subjects. Full sets for both.
